The date of June 21 has been registered in the name of 'International Yoga Day' all over the world . Yoga has always been an invaluable part of the ancient tradition of India. Yoga brings many benefits to physical and mental. This we connect humans with nature to nature. 'International Yoga Day' was first celebrated in 2015.

Proposal to celebrate yoga as 'international' was held by the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, in front of the United Nations, which the United Nations passed within 90 days with the consent of all the nations and thus, This proposal became the first proposal to be approved in such a short time.
